Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
SWAPS provides trade-coordination infrastructure to partners. This policy describes the information SWAPS processes when partners, account users, and people using partner dashboard or widget experiences interact with the service.
Information SWAPS processes
- Partner and account contact data, including business contact details and support communications.
- Wallet addresses, asset identifiers, inventory and preference data, transaction identifiers, and public-chain evidence needed to provide the service.
- Request, security, and operational metadata, including timestamps, request identifiers, network information, API activity, security events, and diagnostic records.
- Browser-side authentication and session state used by dashboard and widget flows, including state needed to maintain a signed-in account session or bind a signed widget request to the correct user.
Why SWAPS processes information
SWAPS processes this information to operate trade discovery and settlement-supporting flows, secure accounts and requests, provide partner and user support, diagnose service issues, and comply with applicable legal and safety obligations.
Who may receive information
Information may be provided to these categories of recipients when relevant to the service:
- The partner whose marketplace, dashboard, or widget experience you are using.
- Infrastructure, blockchain RPC, and other service providers that help SWAPS operate, secure, and support the service.
- Authorities or other recipients when disclosure is required for legal obligations or is necessary to address safety, fraud, abuse, or security concerns.
Public blockchain records
Blockchain records are public and may remain available independently of SWAPS. SWAPS cannot edit or delete records that have been confirmed on a public blockchain.
Access, export, and deletion requests
To request access to, export of, or deletion of information handled by SWAPS, email info@swapsapi.com. This email address is the current request path and is used for intake only. There is no authenticated self-service workflow for these requests today.
Before SWAPS discloses information or takes action, the requester must complete identity and authority verification. A request involving a partner-managed experience may require coordination with that partner.
